SHIPPING POLICY
To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the minimum order value of 59,90 €. Should your order be below that amount, the fee is 14,90 €. We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in checkout and in your order confirmation email – this time may vary according to the selected items and the shipping method.

Our shipping partners PTT, DHL, UPS and FEDEX offer delivery to your address. You will always receive a notification when your package is ready for delivery. On the first business day following your order, your order will be delivered to one of the contracted cargo companies that will reach your location the fastest.

About our 30-day return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items to us within 30 days.
Make sure you don't remove any tags or stain any items.
Looking to return a beauty product?
Only beauty products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging can be returned and resold for hygiene reasons. Please ensure that relevant packaging, instructions and accessories are also returned.
Did you open it and didn't like it? Consider gifting your opened product to a friend/family member and help us reduce unnecessary waste.
In order to exchange and return a product purchased from our site;
1 - Sending it to us together with the invoice,
2 - Not damaged and unused,
3 - The absence of non-refundable products,
4 - There is no statement that there is no return or exchange in the product description,
5 - To be sent with the specified Cargo or delivered by hand,
If the reason for the exchange or return of the product is not due to the product defect and the sales conditions are fully fulfilled, the cost of exchange and return shall be borne by the "BUYER".
The costs of exchange and return are covered by the "SELLER" in the returns caused by a defective product or a defect in the sales conditions.
